Default WTB: Oil pan

I'm looking to buy an oil pan for my S, preferably tapped for an oil return, but I could use a stock one and have it mod'ed if needed. Does anyone have one they're looking to sell? I've noticed that some of you with messy garages have a few extras sitting around doing nothing.

I heard through the grapevine you were looking for one.

I have one tapped, with threads right above the oil bolt.

How soon do you need this? Do you just want to trade? Or do you want to buy it straight out?

If you want to buy, then, same price as Jcarlton. $30.00

Will post a pic if requested.

That Ben can't be trusted with nothing.

I'd rather buy it straight out. Are you willing to ship? I don't know when I would be able to get down to Tampa to pick it up, but I'll take it either way. Let me know how to get payment to you if you're willing to ship. I don't need a pic.

I'm not really in a big rush, since I haven't decided what I'm going to do yet. I came very close to ordering the Greddy turbo kit this weekend, but I was kind of put off by a few things after reading the installation instructions. So, I'm trying to decide if I want to wait on the Rotrex SC kit to see how it plays out, or go with the Vortech SC. I've got no damned patience, so I may go with the Vortech. It'll probably be better than the Greddy kit for a DD anyway. All I know is I want something NOW.

Well then sold.

I will clean it up, wrap it and ship tonight.

So 30, plus shipping. ( will get the info to you tonight).

You can mail me a check. I guess I can trust the Politcs CO

At least with the Vortech kit, you know it will be smog legal. I am not sure if the Greddy kit got its CARB number. I know it has been applied for.

Oh you will be happy with boost. I know when my car works when it wants to it was nice. :cough: :cough:. At least the problem was solved.

PM me the details and I will get with you later this afternoon.

Have fun getting those kids minds melded.

Oh, as for Ben. You know he is just looking out for yah.

Ahem... I'm also the Vintage CO, so I'm doubly trustworthy.

Send me your info and a check will be on the way today.

BTW that is a great price $30 is way too cheap. I sold mine before I realized the going rate I have seen is about $80 untapped. It would cost about $30 to get the pan tapped.

Good job on securing a great deal!

Yeah I know, just to help out. I got a deal on all those parts I bought from Alex. I just wanted the Hood and the pan mainly. I did not know it was tapped. So I will find another one eventually.

I was going to hook up Hoang with the water pump, but he all ready got one.

So I am going to use it.
