FT: 4.44 gear for your stock diff
NEW PRICE: $350
I'm looking to swap out my diff with the gears for a good condition stock diff(AP2). I also have the Modifry yellow jacket
I love the gears on my set up But now i went FI and they are actually gonna stop me from making the best power in the future.
The gears are fun and i really think the car should have come with them stock. When you shift it keeps it right in the power band. Its not a cray aggresive gear set up. Its only 300rpm higher than stock in each gear. It just helps it stay in that sweet spot better
I have an 05 with 39k miles and no lie the gears have 3-4k miles on them. I did the gear oil change with the Lucas stabilizer oil and diff oil(makes it a lil thicker and holds better)
The gears new are $400
the bearing and shim kit $300
install was $350
yellow jacket $50
---------
$1100 total
$500 for my diff with the gears(they have already been broken in) for your stock diff.
I've never taken the car to the track or an autocross event. This car has been babied.
If you know someone to do the swap then lemme know. i might have my friend do it but he doesn't have a shop and a lift would help. Id pay for my swap out and you pay for yours.
PM if any questions
