I think it only has 1 hdmi output.The home theater doesn't have a ton of inputs and outputs for some reason. The tv sure does though.

I'm in the market for a home theater system to where I can connect the 360, bluray player, and hd cable box to it and have home HDMI cable going to the TV

Well you can connect all those things directly to the tv but not to the home theater. I just have the hometheater hdmi output going to the tv.
Think it has one hdmi input and then a couple component inputs and audio video.

I wasn't able to find that model number. Usually the number has the size of the TV in it.

IE; your 40" would be YYY-B540
