We are going to take a new approach on planning 2011 events for the Gateway group. In the past, we left it up pretty much to Jimmy and myself to plan, organize and execute the events we have held over the past few years. We would like to pass the reigns to our members for 2011 to commit to picking up and organizing some of the events we plan to have.

Jimmy will most likely still host the detail/install days and the Community Organizers will take care of the larger events such as MOM11 and BMT. We would like all of you to identify other activities you would like to hold and step up to the challenge of pulling these events together.

Events such as the ones listed below would be ideal and and are quite easy to plan

Day Runs (including lunch)
Dyno Day
Dave & Busters outing
Picnic
X-Mas Party

I wouldlike to see if we can have at minimum 3 events per month so that we can increase the activity of the club and hopefully bring in some new members.

Please use this thread as a discussion thread to identify events and get some concensous.

We will make the 2011 calendar more official at the next Stefaninas gathering on 12/16.
