about MPG for S....

Default about MPG for S....

how many miles can u guys run with the full tank? what's your MPG? i saw many posts shows me whole bunch of s owners can run up to 250 for one tank...but i cant..i just can go up to 200. ..i dont hit VETC every time... the MPG for my s it should be 20 or worse.... what do u guys think?

i myself have a very very dirty air filter, got the new one in the car but still havent installed it, anyways i get 24mpg.....my driving conditions aren't intense but not normal either i do hit it on straight aways evry now and again.

That's about what I get. The best MPG I've gotten is about 27 or 28. The worse was 17 (autocross). I usually average about 25 tho.

Do you do a lot of city driving (stop-and-go)?

I get about 250 on a tank (before the idiot light comes on). The Prelude is not much better though... (if I'm lucky, I get 300).

The answer is... It depends!

I get a wide variety of miles per tank based on how aggressivley I drive (times in VTEC), what type of driving I do, temp outside, humidity..... All of these are factors.

I would say I average around 230

is not too much local that i run...highway +local..(local more than highway)

i will caculate it next time, hope i can run up to 250...

nah... You can still get a few more miles. The AP2's have a 50 litre tank which equates to 13.208601864209233 (or 13.21) gallons. So you still were not yet on fumes and could have gotten another 25 miles out of it.

12 gallon???? 8BALL said it should be 13gallons? r u guys kidding me? when my gas light on, i just can fill up to 10gallons..some times 11..that's it ...
