Broken Bolt
So I got a berk test pipe and I was going to install it today. In preperation, I used an entire can of liquid wrench on all of the bolts and o2 sensor so everything would be easier to take off. well the very first bolt that I took off snapped off. I was lucky I assume since the bolt came clear off and did not get stuck in the hole.
Is there anyway that I can prevent this from happening again?

I always use anti-seize on my bolts. It prevents the nut and the bolt from rusting together. I bought a can of it years ago for like $13 bux and I use it alllll the time for suspension parts and exhaust parts... No more broken bolts
i thought the liquid wrench would do the trick. i used it when our group put on my exhaust a couple of years ago. i get to go to honda and get a couple of new bolts. i guess having the s as a dd allows all the nasty grime to build up from all year round use and abuse from the road

It happens... especially to exhaust bolts since they are expose to all kinds of crap underneath the chassis and it's constantly being heated up and cooled down. The only way to really get it off without losing the stud is heating it up with a torch (acetylene not propane) until the nut is red hot and it should come up afterward. BTW, you can hammer the stud out and replace it with a new one or just replace it with a bolt + nut.
