convertible top damage
Hey all, I think someone popped a nice little hole into my convertible top, and now, it sucks to have a hole there...
There is no way I can afford to buy a new convertible top for that would probably cost me over 2000-3000 dollars, and I simply do not have that kind of money.
SO, the only option is to get it patched up, but not crappily like duct tape. Are there any options for me? HELP!!!

hardtopguy.com
Price: $759.00
Year: 00-01 Plastic Window
Still not cheap, by any means, but a bit better than $2-3k

Sorry to hear of your bad luck... I hope someone can come up with a way for you to get it fixed for 'sensible money'
That SUX!
Here's what I found...
cost to replace
repair link 1
repair link 2
repair link 3
repair link 4
Looks like a repair job is fairly simple if the hole is small. Hope that gets you a start. Good luck!

Based on your description, I think the V shape hole was caused by the top not folding correctly, when putting the top down. If it were vandels, the hold would be 1) Bigger 2) Not V shaped.
Check out the links that rehile posted. Some of these repair kits work well. I believe Honda even sells one.
