Sprint user for 10 yrs and have been pleased most of the time. I was about to start ranting out the "O'Fallon Circus Police" fiasco from this morning but pails in comparison to Ron's deal. We'll I'll vent slightly 1 1/2 hour communte from Bryan/N to Hwy 70 this AM. Seriously if I was trying to hide from the law I wouldn't be sitting in someone's car or in the trunk waiting in line. I couldn't believe that they had a Bud truck roll all of its doors up thinking that they guy would have been sittin on some buds. 100+ cops looking for one guy??? Closing schools and not picking kids up at the bus stop when there's a killer on the loose. Parents had to come back home since the kids couldn't go to school but had to wait close to 2 hrs before they could get back to their house. Is this insane or what???? I'm done!!!!!
It turns out that was pretty close to our home. I'm glad those cops were checking cars while the wife and I were at work.

Thanks all for your posts. We're locked in this stoopid account with Verizon for several months yet...

Anyone else got a gripe?

Post up!

Gripe, sure do.

In the last two weeks 3 different banks have announced they are buying my company. What a joke... Economy and market suck right now. Hope everyone is weathering this ok. I won't get into my personal details but my stock was trading at $0.93 earlier this week. Thats just a bit off from the 52 week high of $77. At least I don't have my 401k tied up in company stock.

Just read a press release, looks like I'll be working for Wells Fargo AGAIN this week. Hopefully this new deal works out. They are still a respectable bank.

At least my family and I still have good health and the S is running strong.

"The excessive charges are due to the specific phone we blocked from internet access."
Take it that means 'the specific phone' was still being actively used by the family member to access the Internet?

yep. Verizon wireless has our request documented MANY months ago to REMOVE the phone from internet access. However, they 'forgot' to switch it off. As far as the usage, it's complicated. I think the phone may have been cloned.

i talk to customers all day long. it annoys me when i have to repeat the same info 2-3x. but the biggest is when customers try to tell me how to do my job. i dont go into your place of employment and tell you how to do your job, what to do and when to do it.
