I'm sure your vacuum plumbing is suspect. I think 8BALL sent you a diagram spelling out how each line is routed. Ensure the hose to the "air control vacuum control solenoid valve" is routed correctly. Also ensure the "air control vacuum check valve" is positioned correctly. It's a one-way valve and needs to be positioned in the right direction. The skinny end needs to be pointing towards the "air control vacuum reservoir".
Can you make it to Stefanina's on Thursday? We can check it out...

replaced part, no more hissing, but check engine light came back on *sigh*
oh well, at least i've spent well over the $720 requirement so i can get my emissions waved. i guess i'll have to have a honda shop check it out to get this problem fixed tho.
