Jimmi, so sorry to hear this... like everyone else has said, at least it was not the S. Too bad you don't have pics of her car. If she hit the hitch @ 45 MPH I have a feeling that she has more than $2k worth of damage done to her car.

Adjuster comes over today to do the estimate. The estimate from the repair shop was just a little over 2000. Mostly cosmetic damage. I was lucky as her bumper went above the frame
Any new news? Like PTDrake said - that sounds light. Did she have bubble wrap on her front bumper?

How's your neck now? Can you watch a tennis match from the front row, yet?

****ING ASSHOLES! ****ING ASSHOLES! ****ING ASSHOLES!

sorry, I'm a little pissed today. Jimmi - make sure you go to a MD....acording to my attourney Chiro's are not respected for there opinions as much as MD's. Also, I hope your recorded statement was bulletproof because the claims co. for the other driver will try to bust your balls any way they can. Ask me how I know. I hate these ****ing idiots, how can they sleep at night while trying to place blame on someone who got hit by a ****ing car from behind at a god damned stoplight!

I have been seeing a MD the whole time.

Fortunately, my profesion helps me with the questioning. After about the second question of my statement, I knew exactly what they were trying to do. The truck is fixed and my neck is getting better by the day. I will post up some after picstures later.

Thanks for the advice Nick

All is well

The back and neck are almost 100%

The color match and the fit on the replacement parts are awesome. I would not even be able to tell.

Now all I have left is the medical bills.
