Me and my dad did this today, took about 6 hrs. Luv 'em though. Thanks Ryan, they worked in the end

Love it, If my headlights weren't already cleared I would do that.

Did you paint all but one amber strip or did you purchase the inserts that way? Looks good!!! Post another shot near sunset with the full front shot if you can. I'm curious how this looks from a distance.

yea thats what i did. i followed the diy on the boards but never got around in doing the mod. you tape off all but the center strip, lightly sand the remainder areas and paint the sanded portion the flat black/grey to match the housing.

damn, looks real good! Ive been debating to do that to mine or just go with the ricks smoked diffusers. I still cant make up my mind. for another AP1 GPW
