One Day Trip

Anyone heard of the Little Grand Canyon near Murphysboro, IL? Anyone been there? Mapquest shows plenty-o-twisties in the Shawnee National Forest area.

Busy with college orientation for Eric on July 31-Aug 1. Sending Eric off to college Aug 19-20. Weekend of 26-27 planning a trip to Iowa to see the Fam... Maybe September is more realistic.

I may be interested since this is only 15 miles or so from me. There are some nice local roads that I could show off, plus a couple of vineyards nearby too.
