Doh! While refering to our calendar in a thread, I 'reminded' myself that we have an upcoming day run:

A side note. Anyone ever make the drive up to the Field of Dreams in Iowa? Just curious. I was thinking of making a run up there later this fall and was wondering if anyone had made the trip and cared to comment if it was a good drive or not.

 

i am alive. work has been killing me. manditory overtime and a shcedule change is never a good thing. but the checks are good. hopefully i will start coming around again.

 

I'm planning a personal trip this week in the S with my daughter looong past Iowa - up to Split Rock Light House on Lake Shore Drive in Minnesota - to see my sister get married

Probably a little further than a standard day trip I'll scope the area for twisties just the same.

For the 9/7/08 day trip, though, I'd like to fly through some IL roads for something new and different.

 

Sherry and I expect to be in!

 

Duane and I should be in.... although my brother's wedding is the day before so who knows how we'll be feeling!!!!

 

What's the story with this day run. Any idea of location?
