The smart thing to do is get all-seasons rather than ride your luck (until it runs out)

so...for now the s2k is the dd on the weekend i do have the gf's hatchback available but its supposed to snow tonight how hard is the s2k to drive in those type of conditions? I am i going to be alright as long as i take my time and go slow??
If so much as a 1/2 inch or snow falls I can't even get up a small hill in my neighborhood from a stop with all season tires.... let alone summer tires. Espeacially being a new driver to the S2000. Rear wheel drive on a light car in snow SUCKS. I get the adrenline pumping when going less than 10 in snow. I like I am barely in control in the S in bad conditions.

Do not risk it you will, or you will regret it.

If you do decide to drive, then I will answer your next question in advance.....Greg's Car Care has done great work for many of us. Located on Highway 94....

I was out earlier, it was pretty slick. I do still drive mine in the snow and slush though.

Only about 1/4 - 1/2 inches of snow out there this morning. Ice underneath for sure. Saw three cars hit the ditch on my way to work which is only 5 miles from home.

Be careful out there

Really? Saw a couple of breakdowns on 94, but no 'wipe outs'...

MO Highways teams seem to have done a pretty good job with the major roads but the side roads are definitely slick... take it easy.

According to a morning radio show, about 6:30am, multiple cars had already slid off 44. One of them overturned.

I had no problem driving my s in the snow

the first light dusting we got i had bald summer tires, that sucked. but that saturday before the big snow i got all-seasons and had no problem with what we got that night. i drove around all night. the tires made a HUGE difference.
