i love my snow tires. there were 3 cars that were stuck on my hill in my apartment (infiniti,minivan,prelude) and i blew by all 3 of them (10 mph) as they were all spinning their tires. i have hancook ipike snow tires.

yeah same thing happened to me today..lol going up a steep hill following my bro, he gets stuck and i'm still going up the hill strong at 30mph. He gets up the hill eventually.

My car was sitting in front of the house today and this guy slid on the ice and hit the driver side quarter panel slash bumper. luckily he came to my door and let me know : ) i will post a pic soon. its not too bad though

nuts myslows2K - that SUX.

Those of you who spent money on snow tires for your S - please don't under estimate the road conditions. The STL area can be extraordinarily variable. 'Seems clear here' - can be 'oh crap' a few miles later.

get yourself some of these




SAE class "s" type cables for the snow!!

all seasons and half a brain is all thats required to drive a S in the snow.

im runnin bridgestone blizzacks those things are amazing in the snow....but crappy in the dry conditions at highway speeds

i use hancook ipikes and love them. little sluggish on normal driving and slight decrease in gas milage. be careful tonight. super slippery and icey according to the weather.
