Default Wheel Alignment?

So driving home from Carbondale last night my rear tire threw some treads due to a bad wheel alignment. So I got two new rear tires put on it and they said that my fronts were wearing kinda bad on the inside of the tires. So obviously my camber is off on all my wheels. Is this something you would suggest just having an NTB do or is it kinda difficult on the S? Ive never had a car with independent rear suspension so not sure what is a wise decision.

Also I lost my main key for it this weekend too. What does a replacement usually cost. I called around in cdale and they were saying it would have to be next day'd and that it would run around $240

Are you sure you need an alignment or are you just basing that based on someone who is not experienced on normal tire wear on the S? It's normal for the front inside of the tire to wear. HOw many miles on the front tires? I replace my fronts about every 20K due to the same problem and my alignment is right on were I would like it to be. Just trying to save you a few bucks.

The keyfob u can program yourself and get on ebay for around $60 or so the key has to be cut from the dealer because of immobilizer. This is one route to save you some additional cash. Just an example here. Otherwise, Napleton can get the key for you, but I would suggest using our 15% discount by having a "Sponsorship Card"

Thats why I posted on here because I see how some S's sit and wasnt sure if I needed one. However it was my rears that wore in the insides real bad and needed to be replaced. While they replaced them they told me my fronts seem to be doing it minorly.

Is it normal for the rears to wear like this? I see alot of S's that look like they sit like it may wear on the inside more than outside.

Thanks 8

I've never gotten more than 16K out of my rears but my fronts held for about 40k. If the car is setup with UK spec alignment, you'll have very quick wear on the inside. Don't run UK spec unless you do a lot of track time and don't expect that this is the case. I did the Lifetime deal at Firestone and have gotten every .01 out of it. What tires are you running on now and size?
