If your funds are limited, my preference mod order would be:

Intake
Exhaust
Weels
Audio
Breaks
Suspension

I, or rather a number of us, installed the audio system before the header. If you have a stock sound system with the paper cone speakers still, you'll enjoy the new sound system more than the header.
I put a Rick's header on and it did seem to make the engine idle and run smoother. Significant spike at vtec on the dyno over those without, but top end hp was flat ... similar to what you'd get with the mugen. Though, putting on the 2003 ecu flattened out some of that spike, but the car is much more drivable now from the low end perspective ... so if looking for a cheap mod, go with a 2002-3 ecu.

I installed polk momo 6.5 components in the front and behind the headrests using a kit I bought on ebay (don't see another one up right now). These sound awesome running only off my pioneer head unit. To use the stock controls I had to get modifrys DCI. I'm pretty picky when it comes to stereo stuff and I'm very satisfied with this minimalist setup. Pretty clear sound going 90 with the top down.

I did the 6500db's in the front and in the back without using the precut pannels. The rears were pretty difficult to fit in without having to notch the frame, so I would reccomend using 5.25 for the rear and 6.5 for the front. Believe with dynamat in the doors and behid the pannels you won't have any problem feeling the bass. Also, I would suggest buying a nice 75/100x4 amp to drive them. I'm currently using a rockford fosgate amp that does 50x4 (on it's best day), and every time I turn it up I want to kick myself for not spending the extra money and doing it right

In my trunk I have the passenger side sub enclosure made by darkside, and to tell you the truth, it wasn't worth the 100 I paid for it. If you are going to get an enclosure from him get the driver's side one. The extra .25 cu/ft airspace really makes a difference in the "boom factor".

Next time I see you I let you listen if you would like.

the dc headers worked fine for the price that im selling for it is a great deal as for audio equipment i had a sick set up spent around 3000 on it i had a alpine 9855 head unit with the alpine ipod hook up that displays the songs on the head unit and you can scroll through your songs on the head unit. why do you want 2 amps my jl audio 500/1 amp work great best amp in imo. i have i custom box that custom sounds made me that fits in the hole that the tool kit are held and i have a sub that is a jl audio w6v2 10in it hit very hard with that amp the custom box is great because its flush with the trunk floor and i have monster cables powering all this. great set up i did have speakers but sold them
