I hope that all of you are enjoying your fine automobiles, and I hope that all of you are getting in some track time!

the Atlanta Boxster Club (ABC) would like to remind everyone of our up coming events!

Sunday August 12th
ABC has teamed up with Chin Motor Sports to offer a DE at Atlanta Motor Speedway

This event only has 37 openings left.
The cost is $225 (plus $40 to join CHM) -- Should be a great time

Saturday and Sunday September 15 and 16

ABC Drivers Education at Carolina Motorsports Park Limit 60 cars!
Cost $300 ABC members $350 for non members
this will be a DE with 3 groups
Group 1 - Beginners (who will have classroom instruction and will have instructors in the car with them)
Group 2 - Solo advanced drivers --
Group 3 - Instructors --

Saturday October 6th

Petite LeMans Road Atlanta -- We will have a cookout (we are looking into getting a tent) at the track (more info to follow)

Sunday October 7th

Petite LeMans Mountain Drive --

Our biggest mountain drive of the year we will be meeting at 8 am at tooies at the END of GA 400
we will go up into the mountains and have a great day!

Saturday and Sunday January 12th and 13th 2002
Road Atlanta DE - We will hold our first DE of 2002 -- it will also be our first DE at Road Atlanta -- Limit 60 cars you will have 2.5 -3 hours track time each day -- cost $400 (includes catered lunch each day and Social on Saturday night)

Group 1 - Beginners (who will have classroom instruction and will have instructors in the car with them)
Group 2 - Solo advanced drivers --
Group 3 - Instructors --

October 12-13, 2002
Sebring DE

We will offer our first DE at Sebring, FL-- we will be using the 12 hour course. We will be holding our usual 3 groups and limiting it to 60 cars!

More info in the coming months! we are trying to set up our first AutoX SOON!!!
