Default Atlanta Area Law Enforcement Frequented Areas

There are a couple in the Lawrenceville area that I have seen.

Old Norcross between Oakland and Herrington at the bottom of the hill. There set up there at least twice a week at lunch.

316 Under the Riverside Dr. bridge on the westbound side.

Random on 316 between Hwy 29 and Athens.

I see that one almost everyday on the way to work. Today I was in a line of traffic doing about 65. As soon as I went by him, the blue lights went on and he pulled out. I thought he was going to get someone, but he was just changing his position...

John,
This is the best thread idea I've seen yet for this forum, excellent idea! I'm sure I'll think of more later, but for now:

85 N right under Shallowford bridge (heading north towards 285), especially on weekends late at night, Dekalb cops in full force, usually go out and pull everyone over in groups of 10!!! Slow WAY down before getting near this exit!

A couple to add:

Peachtree Industrial - just north of 285 - Dekalb finest are often using radar on the southbound side. Usually on the weekends during the day.

400 - between the outlet mall and Toosie's. I spot at least a couple of county guys everytime I go the mountains. And have been stopped once - 92 in a 55 zone.

On 400 at Holcomb Bridge there is a "false" signal; HOWEVER, there have also been radar cops there for the last couple of weekends (not sure if there were there during the week too or not). They were in an SUV?!?! It looked like the SUV was the radar guy and they had patrol cars pulling people over. Sneaky!
