You must be very knowledgable with Linux (we use RedHat Enterprise professionally, but any distro is fine) and great with C++. 5 Years experience or more. I think they'll let you get away with 4 years if you're bad ass. I mean, I only had 3 years C++ experience but 5 years Linux admin. Plus, if I say your name, you're more likely to get in the door. I may ask you a couple of questions before submitting you to the recruiter, because my rep is on the line too.
