A Couple of new features have been added to the s2000Atlanta Calendar

4 new view: Big Table (default) Smal Table, And Just Text. You also can now view the entire year at a glance.

When you add an event, you can now Link to a Webpage. If you do not have a Page to link to more info, you can create one, by typing a detail description of the event. All HTML tags are supported, so you can link to images (like maps)

Adding entires now has the option of adding a "Register for Current Events" on the Home Page. This way we can keep trak of who is coming. (Wendy : your evite.com)

To dos. As Soon as I get Email working on the box, when you add and event, you will beable to broadcast the Event via Email to all the Atlanta Members.

Tms02, thanks for continuing to enhance the club website. Just wanted to let you know that small tables did not show correctly for me. Also, in the text view, some text gets lost in the blue header/footer background.

 

The small Table for the ALL Month view does not work (too many tables for your browser to handle). If you view source, you will see what I mean. I can force this to TEXT only.

As for the BLUE BAR, that is another browser issue. I do not ask for the bar to be painted again, it just does it for you!

I can see if I can eliminate the need for the bar in the NAV portion, this may get rid of it all together!

Email is now available when you schedule an event.

When you add an event, you will now have the option of emailing all the members an invitation / notice of the event.

Members, the email address in your profile is the address that the mail will be sent to. It is up to you to keep it current.

Coming soon!!!!, I will be adding THREAD posting ability for the event, and an email option so that you can send an email to those that have signed up for the event!
