I've been wanting to do this for some time now. Now that we have a club logo design I would like to get some shirts created for club members. I found a place in Georgia called Wearables4U that seems to be cost effective and is willing to work with me.

To keep things somewhat simple, I would like to do the 5031 polo, this is a shirt made by Outer Banks and is very good quality. The color of the shirt will be Sports Gray/Navy/Wine

Here is a sample of the club logo that will be on the left chest:


We are also putting the club website URL on the left sleeve:



and sponsorship logo on the back just below the collar:



For shirt sizes and pricing see the link below. We need to get together a minimum of 12 shirts before we place an order. The price is only $20 for a shirt since the sponsor is paying for half of the cost on this first shirt order.

Shirt Sizes and Basic Pricing (Club Logo Only) If we hit 24 shirts, the price gets better.

I need a commitment of at least 12 shirts from members before we have the logo digitized. Once we place the order it will take 2-3 weeks to put through the order and get shirts. I'd like to have the first order through before the Outer Banks run so we have about 2-3 weeks to put this together. Please post any comments.

This looks like a perfect canidate for a web form on our site.

Specially since you must pick colors. I am not sure from reading this how I indicate what is what on what color.

Call me tonight, and maybe we can develop a simple entry form.

tms02, maybe my post is a little easier to read now. I posted here because I need some feedback on some of the options.

We probably should develop a quick web application for ordering a shirt. Options would be:

Shirt Color
Logo Color
Size
Sleeve Text
Quantity

Maybe you can make a first pass at this before Super Sunday.

Good choice of shirts. We have had some of the Outer Banks brand here at work and they wear really well. My only disappointment is that there is not a white/red/black to match my car. Let us know when the Atlanta site is ready to accept orders. I am sure I will need four shirts.

Bobg, gotcha down for one. Everyone else, please post color, size, etc. so I can keep a running list. When Tms02 gets the order entry system on the S2000 Atlanta website we'll track info there but until then use this thread.
