this is how i put bulbs in and the only and easiest way is to take the tire off and the wheel well off. but when you get that stuff off you will need to a star driver with a hole in the middle to take off the bolt that hold a plate on then its easy

if you aren't familiar with where it is and how to take the bulbs out...your best bet might be to take off the front bumper and pull out your headlights.

which is very easy, but semi time consuming. i would give it a good 30 minutes for experienced and 45-60 minutes for first timers.
