Default My project!

While looking through the gallery one day I came across KennyVHO and his unique bumper. I figured why not try it! Here are the first pictures!

Start:


Wet sanded:


Fiberglass applied:



I will update as needed. Tomorrow I need to pick up some bondo and try to complete prep work. I hope to have it painted this weekend!

I dont think Bondo is the answer use fiberglass sheets and Resin its a littlw bit more flexible than bondo which is more vulnerable to cracking in the seams. You'll just have to find a way to place the sheets behind the bumper so they dont get in the way of the sanding process.

Why dont you go ahead and shave the license plate bolt holes and the tow hook cover too?
