I think that's gonna look weird without a lip or anything like that... you should be creative and cut out some ducts or something to give it aggressive look.. This would make it look like the mugen bumper/lip that no one ever runs.

I'd make a cut at the front above the tow hook piece and fashion a ghetto RAM intake duct from that and an ebay snorkel!
