Arrow shifting problem

Can anybody help me figure out this issue. Each time i shift gear , feels kind of rough getting into gear. And the clutch also feels stiff. I havent had any problem, just today it feels different when i shift. Could it be the Tranmission fluid.? i check it wasnt low. So i dont know if thats the problem or is it something esle.

whats up man, well i have heard that the stock trans fluid is not up to the task if u have mods>>? but if you close to stock (ie no forced induction) that its your throwout bearing ...That would make your clutch stiff as well as hard to get into gear>> ap1 ap2? ap1's have that foater that dose not allow the fluid to come back fast enough on hard shifts >>>makes clutch slip>>>got the vortech on mine with an Act puting the power down no prob ne way pm me with more ill help as much as i can > you ever come to savannah ? * Eli*

not the clutch fluid you need to get under the car and change the transmission fluid
its not too hard here is a good howto:

http://forums.s2kca.com/showthread.php?t=10449

you can get Honda MTF from honda, make sure they give you honda MTF manual transmission fluid not ATF or something else!

if it still sucks try synchromesh, http://www.hardtopguy.com/

ok i figure it out, what was the problem. Went to a close shop near my house just to check out the problem. The aftermarket clutch was install improperly. I just need to get it reinstall. Any one know a body shop that can do it for lower than 300, just curious, if not then imma have to pay 300 something to get my clutch reinstall?
