Default Springs installation? Shops?

Looking at getting some springs installed shortly, I've got a place in mind in ATL that i've dealt with a couple times but figured i'd post up and ask if anyone knew of somewhere a little closer towards TN than ATL.

Got a figure of right at $200 so i'd like to stick close to that since it seems like the most common going rate for all 4 corners.

Thanks in advance for any help guys...

I did mine myself its not too bad but for $200 I'd probably let someone else do it

$200 is a good price if you know someone to do it. Is that $200 including aligment? A local place here quoted me $500ish for installation/alignment. Im thinking of doing it myself then limping it to them to do the alignment since they did an awesome job on my current one.

went back and reread this and it sounds awkward since i say alignment in nearly every sentence....so I thought I'd throw it in this one too....

Do the springs yourself in your driveway and then hit up the body shop for an alignment. It will save you. A lot more money that way.

if you don't have a spring compressor just remember to stay away from the end of the thing when you unloose it and point it at a wall or something

the hardest part of it is the rear left you will need deep sockets

dan_uk - Yeah i've heard its not to bad, but sadly just moved and now I dont have a good area to do the work and due to my wonderful ex wife now every single one of my flipping tools are gone . My time isnt to valuable but having to mickey mouse around without my tools would take gawd knows how long, and yeah for the $ i'm thinking it'd be worth it not to deal with the headache but if it was any higher i'd definitely be figuring out some way or another to do it myself even if I had to buy all new tools which sadly i'm gonna have to do anyways when the other goodies are on the way. Appreciate the tips on if I dont have a compressor, and on the left rear.

superpirate - Nah, the $200 is without an alignment. Planning on limping it home to get aligned asap. I was at first when I saw the $500 figure lol, havent priced an alignment in a while but that seems high but hey I might be crazy haha. Thanks for the laugh on the last part .

heavyfoothonda - Yeah wouldnt mind to do it myself but sadly cant, situation posted above in the dan_uk part... Yeah it'd be nice to have a get together and do it like that, well except for the freezing part with our weather right now haha.

SpaS2K2005 - Wish I could because i'm always up for saving some $, but like I mentioned above to dan_uk sadly not a possiblity right now .

Thanks to breakneckS2K I think i've found a shop to do it for me, gotta love the boards and how helpful everyone is...

I think you can get/rent/borrow a spring compressor from advance or autozone or something like that. I gotta look into that more though before I actually get springs. That and I need to try and roll my fenders. I think I'll have to due to my offsets and wheel widths.
