Would you recommend R/C over other cruise lines?

Psssh that's nothing. 40.5 days off total + 10 holidays.

I get 21 days per year but that is both "vacation" and "sick" leave - they do not distinguish. On the plus side, I get the 10 federal holidays in addition to that but, on the minus side, I have to accrue my PTO. Since I have only been here for like three months and I took three days off as soon as I started, I haven't accrued very much - I am seven hours and low change in the black. I'll get there. I just need to behave myself and flex the time so the half-days or long weekends I take here and there don't count against my PTO. It'll add up eventually.
Now my last job was SUPER stingy. I only got 14 days combined sick/vacation (although they did give me the 10 federal holidays, too). I was never ahead there - between the Dragon and the odd long weekend here and there, I only had like two full days of PTO when I quit. Plus my pay periods were only one week so flexing time was really hard.
