I can't imagine having to take/keep inventory at a pick a part place. I don't think I could blame them much for not having that stuff online

It's online. That's how I found it, but it just says the make, model, year and when it arrived. No other details. That requires a visit and a fee.

They even listed it incorrectly. If I didn't have the option to search all it would have shown no cars available. That tells me there is a chance there might not even be a mini there at all.

Under normal circumstances, no, but when there's multiple options for paint they could get it wrong.
