I can't remember if I posted it in here or not but my employer upped the number of hours of paid leave we get per paycheck a couple of months ago. I went from six-something hours to a full 8 hours per paycheck of leave. It made a HUGE difference in available time off.

I guess the math works out like 8 x 24 = 192 which is 24 eight-hour shifts. That includes sick leave but does NOT include the 11 federal holidays. It's a lot of time off.

I've been hoarding like mad since the quarintines started and I have, even after taking time for this week and being sick last month, just over a hundred hours available right now.

I went in the negatives last year, I slowly built up some, but am quickly chipping away at it since I've been babysitting contractors at home

Ooh that's nice. I get 240 hours, but that includes sick and holidays.
