I do not want to get into an argument between the S and the M because the cars are soooooo different:
How about:

S = Beer
M = Liquor

One is more expensive, but both make a lot of people get excited, happy and less inhibited

Was playing GT4 again... drove the S around the Nurburgring last night and it was amazing how similar the wheel feels to the S2000 steering wheel... couldn't beat my record of 8:57 though...

Will have to drive the M3 around it tonight

My post wasn't really aimed at you Duh - I mean Dan

I was also replying to Naveed.

And btw, my post wasn't meant to start an argument, i was pretty much implying what you stated. They are very different cars and both VERY capable. I was actually curious to know about the whole feeback thing... Just wondering if the M3 (not calling it M or BMW ) actually has a bit more of a luxury (and therefore numb-er) feel to it.

Now don't get me wrong again, I'm not saying that the luxury feel makes it worse. I know that BMWs feel amazing when driving and the M3 is towards the top of the chain when it comes to BMWs so its not going to be a "bad" car. I'm specifically referring to how the M3 compares to the S2000 in terms of feedback to the driver and the feel of the car....
