My right leg would get sore from pressing on the pedal on the track.

Still, my entry and mid corner speeds are higher in the Miata, generally because there is less speed to scrub off before the corner

I think 93 might have been the last time I worked a 40 hour week with a time clock. I have put some long days in here, most of those days is driving to and fro.
