taste like pine trees and licorice. and the results are not typical of alcohol.

and there is a process to making the drink. can take as long as 20 minutes to make one, if not longer.

i just spooned some sugar in my glass, poured in the absinthe, and then poured some water in with it. stirred it up, and that was it. i didnt go to all the trouble of making it the proper way. worked out just fine.
