ngl prease you're not running, maybe a spirited limp gallop type of move or something...

Actually... My knee was killing me when I got to work so Aaron took pity on me and scrounged up a bag of ice. Totally did the trick along with a fist full of Vitamin I. :D

I actually HAVE been hustling around (for a change).

umm....it's been awhile since I've been up to date on yall. But, I thought Aaron works in Fort Meade? Jeff, don't you work with Aaron?

Went to the dealership to pick up the bike to see if i can sell it, but they had already contacted the kawi regional rep on the east coast to come out so they wanted to keep the bike for them to see for themselves that it's screwed up. They told me they have a lawyer that will do the case if kawi doesn't own up to it but it needs to stay there for 30 days and come back 3 times for the same issue which pretty much makes my yesterdays trip the 3rd time so i just need to wait a couple of weeks and
let the kawi rep take a look...and most likely, they will refund me the full amount. They know the rep personally so either they willingly give the money back or the lawyer will step in with a nice little letter either way, i get a refund.

So if all i have to do is wait a couple week to get my money back, i'm cool with that. From talking to different dealers and mechanics, kawi is the number one company that is all about their customers....especially because they don't really lose money. Their motorcycles and toys are only 1-2% of their sales and money they make. They are a boating and machinery industry that makes billions. So this is just a fart in the wind to them they rather just have the customer happy and not talk chit about them.

I don't understand it was what ONE day of ownership? You should be able to return it for a full refund. Check the paperwork you signed.

It's a little frustrating pho sho. But, I can't quite hold the dealership liable. I was the first person to purchase a 636 from their shop and until I brought this up to them, they had no clue. As a matter of fact, when i went there yesterday, They took all the 636's off the floor because of this. They don't give the refund, but the manufacture does. Which is why they called the Rep to come in this week to look at everything so they can get this settled.
I'm sorry for your frustration (I'm frustrated just reading what you're going through). Hopefully they make everything ok and the rep gives you a brand new bike for free ;)

I vote M6.

:idisagree:

The Raptor. Unless you have to feed it.

you get $50 gift card. So like 1/3 tank for the raptor. Also 60k truck <<<<<< 100k 500hp v10 super touring convertible.
The truck is more useful in traffic. :lalala:

WhrDLMI 08-15-2013 12:10 PM

And like that gas card would go any further in an M6. :shake:

I try to look at it this way. It's the end of the riding season soon anyways. And people were saying that it's a sign. So maybe it's the universes way of saying stay off of a bike  As long as i get a refund. I'll be %100 cool with that.
