Went to the dealership to pick up the bike to see if i can sell it, but they had already contacted the kawi regional rep on the east coast to come out so they wanted to keep the bike for them to see for themselves that it's screwed up. They told me they have a lawyer that will do the case if kawi doesn't own up to it but it needs to stay there for 30 days and come back 3 times for the same issue which pretty much makes my yesterdays trip the 3rd time so i just need to wait a couple of weeks and
let the kawi rep take a look...and most likely, they will refund me the full amount. They know the rep personally so either they willingly give the money back or the lawyer will step in with a nice little letter either way, i get a refund.

So if all i have to do is wait a couple week to get my money back, i'm cool with that. From talking to different dealers and mechanics, kawi is the number one company that is all about their customers....especially because they don't really lose money. Their motorcycles and toys are only 1-2% of their sales and money they make. They are a boating and machinery industry that makes billions. So this is just a fart in the wind to them they rather just have the customer happy and not talk chit about them.
