That's all been fixed. The dude that lives there now had Brian fix a TON of stuff... You would barely even recognize it now... No longer the train-wreck it used to be.

The whole deal was done so the winery would actually own the land it sits on for purposes of collateral. Prior, Sharon and Brian owned all the land and leased it to the winery. Okay until BOW wanted to get financing for their expansion. They needed the land for the loan. The house is now owned by BOW and their winery manager lives there.

Granted the whole thing is really financial voo-doo / moving money from the left pocket to the right pocket but whatever...

just had my cup of joe as well. doesn't seem to do anything to wake me up...but it's just a habit now.

I just wanna hit the gym...then go for a nice run, get home and eat whatever Sandy makes for dinner, then have my band practice.

This Saturday, however, my parents are coming over which is all I want. My dad is doing well it seems and my mom has never seen my house. That alone is my present. Just want to enjoy my parents being around.
