Allsports Grand Prix will close August 2nd
We have been negotiating our lease renewal for some time and expected till the last minute to reach an agreement. Regretfully, our landlord greed (+36.5% increase plus yearly escalations) would force us into 5 years of yearly losses which I am not ready to do. So, to our great regret we will close after the Kids school.
Of course, all deposits and race credits will be refunded.
Thank you to all racers, parents and companies which have supported us for 15 years. It was fun and I will miss you all.

I know these guys from my industrial condo management days. They were one of our tenants - they had a small shop where they would service the carts and store supplies. They were one of our best tenants.
