I had to give reviews twice a year at Sears. For 30 techs. Yep, that did absolutely nothing.

It will never happen around here because management moves around A LOT. My manager has been reassigned to a different project for the foreseeable future. I haven't seen him in weeks.

I just heard back from my deputy manager about this. He said he read the article but nothing has been said to him about it. He seems to feel it is a long way off rather than just a couple of months.
