That's one of the main reasons I stay away from buying roses. But Carolyn expects flower, so I buy them. But my dumbass procrasinates and waits til the last minute so I get to pay for rush delivery.

I mainly use proflowers.com now. Every once in a while I will use 1800flowers.

ProFlowers has been advertising HEAVILY on Sirius/XM lately. They almost had me sucked in.

I like the vases and whatnot that 1-800-FLOWERS uses. They are pretty good quality and Bobbie likes to reuse them. I try to pick stuff that isn't like "day" specific so I don't end up with a bunch of heart encrusted vases around the house all the time.
