2 car garage, pool

IIRC, 10000 sgft = .25 acre, so nice size yard.

Overall nice. just get a home inspection. This will be well worth it.

The sink is odd. They did a stupid retro.

the cabniet in the sink bumps against the fking oven. Also the countertops are some weird latex wrapped junx.

Buy a row house by American Brewery Company buiding in BaltCity. You can afford the nicest house on the block there.

Thats is a result of the oven being too "deep" for the hole. The original oven there had an overhead oven (or microwave--if you were lucky in the early 70's) that was connected to the base. I think these were a little bit more shallow than todays units. All this can be fixed/adjusted.

But a house is a house and if you guys like this one, go for it.

I think its a great starter house in that it is liveable but needs modernizing from what the pics show, you get in there, spend 5 years updating it, then boom, down payment for mansion in Howard County.
