We bidded 290,000k. It was originally at 279,900 when we placed that bid. Then the bank lowered the price to 254,900 but at that point the listing agent was no longer taking bids.
We were actually not the highest bid. We just did conventional instead of FHA which made the bank choose us.
Listing price = 254,900
Listing price when bids were placed = 279,900
Price we won that house at = 290,000
