everyone got a pretty good laugh. i'm surprised some of the more "reserved" guys here at the dealership got a laugh too we were joking with one of the salesman to take it home to his gay roommate

Seller originally offered to sale axles for 150 shipped from OK to VA. I needed them ASAP, so i wanted to pay the difference for Overnight. Shipper quoted me 175.04 for shipping costs and I agreed. We agreed on 314 total. UPS service was to get parts to my house by 9:30 UPS's fastest service. Instead, unbeknown to me, the seller had no intention to use UPS. He sent the items with DHL's slowest service available for next day, to arrive by 3:00PM. For this service, he paid 116.--. He has told me that he uses DHL, because he has UPS is too far to drive. Therefore, he intentionally quoted UPS prices, knowing i would not recieve that service. I paid for the service, but did not get it. I have spoken with seller and he refuses to refund the difference. I will accept nothing less. $58.--. He breached our agreement by not using UPS, the service i paid for. I have offered to meet him in the middle, but he refuses, therefore, i must be refunded the amount owed.

I told him i use DHL over night service and give him the tracking #, he was very happy. 5. Next day he complain about me using DHL becuse they don't deliver till 3 PM and said i should have use UPS 10 or 12 AM devlery service. 6. DHL Over night tracking # 19317630150 6. DHL 12/21/2006 12:14 pm Shipment delivered. Charlottesville, VA, 14 min later he wanted. 7. Now he ask for money back... HACK NO!
This guy can't type for shit and probably can't speak english.... Maybe this is the problem. Well buddy... why did you quote me 175 for shipping UPS... if you had no intention of using UPS... If you charge someone for UPS 9:30 am service.. isnt that what you should use???? IF UPS guarntees delivery by 9:30 for the price I paid.. why would I need to make it any clearer to you?

Hey man, I'm not trying to be a dick, but i noticed it was shipped next day 3:00 instead of 10 or 12. UPS is generally 10-12 and it was 175 (what our aggrement was made on). From every box dimension I put in, shipping from your address to mine, it comes up between 150-154 for the 10 service and 138-141 for the 3 service. Was there some other reason for it not being shipped the fastest service?
