The problem here (why do I always have problems??) is that the guy who offered to help me out is my boss...

He likes to play politics and make everyone happy... Half the sh!t that leaves is mouth is BS... He just wanted to make me feel better about leaving NOT actually help me out...

I actually like the guy... I just wish sometimes he would grow a pair and get in "it" for the sake of his people. That left handed BS just gets old after a while...
