Trailer tires are on and not a moment too soon. "Why?" you ask? Both tires on one side had been run at such a low pressure for too many miles that the sidewall lettering(you know- the tire brand name, size, etc that is raised) was completely gone. 
The shop was suprised they hadn't already blown. 
Maybe having the left side of my truck getting f'd up was a blessing in disguise. I didn't lose control. No telling what might happen with a blown trailer tire- weight shift, excessive swaying, jack-knife, rolling,
I do miss my running board though.
