Ok, lets make sure now...do YOU not see any customers...meaning you are just blocking them out...or are there really no customers there?

oh really...hmm didnt know that... I thought stock boost was ~5-6 psi or so. In that case yea, def get a map sensor, and
since boost is so addictive a headgasket would be a good idea. That way he can get the smaller pulley and not worry about anything

as far as pulleys are concerned, youd need to check with someone who has experience with SCs... like Kevin.
Fuel pump: Walbro 255lph is the most commonly used one. Some people have had problems with these but a majority of people still use these. I have one of these. There are other brands out there too if you want to get something different.
injectors: I think stock injectors are 440cc if I'm not mistaken. You will need to upgrade these for safety's sake. I have precision 675cc injectors. I think 675cc injectors would work for you too. They give you a lot of room to play with.
and most important of all, a good tune. When you go with emanage, you need to make sure you go to a tuner that knows what they are doing and can tune your car properly...

stock pulley is 5" 7-8psi/4.5 or even a 4.8 would put him in the range he wants. Trust me, once he achieves his power goal he'll want more

Yes, Yes I will

In that case go with Kevin's recommendations in addition to the fuel pump. But keep in mind that you don't want to go TOO high on the e-manage. From what I've read and heard its not as "safe" as the EMS when you get to the higher power range.
