Well remember the BBQ at my In-laws? Its the house literally next door. They offered it to us at a DIRT cheap price and we will pay that off immediatly (Cant really so no to that). So we are gonna take out a loan and make the house essentially our dream house:

- 1,800 sq. ft. addition (3,000 Sq. Ft. Total)
- 24' X 36' Garage
- In-Ground Pool and Hot Tub
- Over an Acre of land

Some things may change as construction goes along...

You obviously havent been to my townhouse. Kari cleans pretty much every day. My being smart, I like my life and wife, I do as Im told

Since your married you'd be smart to do the same, it makes things ALOT easier.
