- 1,800 sq. ft. addition (3,000 Sq. Ft. Total)
- 24' X 36' Garage
- In-Ground Pool and Hot Tub
- Over an Acre of land

Sounds nice! Can't wait to get started. 
Bobbie and I are anxious to do a kitchen addition. Alas, with the drop in property values over the last year or so, we aren't yet able to refi and raise the cash to do so.
