That pretty much makes me weak in the knees...

Christmas cookies are the reason my diet goes all to hell during the holidays. I can restrain myself with the dinners and the side dishes but... those damn cookies... OMG. MUST HAVE!!!

I have actually lost about 7 pounds this month. Between all the stress with Cale and not feeling well for two weeks, I have hardly eaten. I suspect that will change soon.

my weight has swung way up. I'm back to tracking my weight like a madman.

I think everything in life is just a numbers game to me. If I can't quantify it I have no way to measure it.
