No I CAN go back. I choose not to. I loathe AT&T. My girl friend has them. Would cost me much less if i switched, but I refuse to. I'd rather pay more for some minutes with Verizon and talk to her using minutes, than switch and talk to her for free.
No jacking or tools needed...
WRONG... I CAN'T FIT MY OIL PAN UNDER MY CAR

I had bad experiences with AT&T, I will NEVER go back.
Why can't they look up my FIOS bill correctly? I give them my cell phone number (which is through Verizon and is my only phone) and they automatically send me to the wireless side of the business. Then after explaining that I want to resolve a billing issue with FIOS, they send me to FIOS. Who then sends me to billing. Who then sends me to disputed bills. Who then sends me to...
So I might be going AT&T. Though I do not hold much hope that they will be in any way, shape or form better.
Maybe I will talk to Pakistan instead of India?

Well Verizons customer service has sent me away from them.
