semi interesting article, if i have a few days off from work in a row and have a lot of cereal i will have problems with digesting all the milk, so i guess that i'm not a mutant after all,

people have different levels of sensitivity to it.. I don't think i'm that bad because I do still consume a lot of dairy.

What really kills me is when manufacturers use it as a sweetener in something I wouldn't guess... like swiss miss hot chocolate mix.. *Sigh*
